&lt;p&gt;One of the big changes in the schedule based on the community feedback is scheduling more breaks during the day. We are all trying to balance our screen time, so we wanted to make sure that your eyes get their rest! We hope that this adjustment will help you stay alert and happy throughout the conferences.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another change that we made is to move the social event to an earlier time. We want you to have fun socializing with your fellow documentarians, but we understand that your family and home time is also important these days, so hopefully this will help us stay engaged and enjoy the social activities even more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;All talk videos will be published on our YouTube channel no later than 1 week after the conference.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

On Tuesday morning the unconference room will be converted to the &lt;strong&gt;job fair&lt;/strong&gt;, where you can meet companies who care about content and find out about documentarian-friendly jobs all around Europe and the world.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We’ll also have a round of lightning talks after lunch on each conference day.

Here are some helpful tips for getting others involved:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Prepare tasks ahead of time. You can use a label on your issue tracker, add tasks to a wiki, or do whatever works for you. Just make sure people can find things to do.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remember that this is a one-day writing day. Don’t expect new contributors to rewrite your getting started guide in an afternoon. Look for bite-sized tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be upfront about what people have to do ahead of time. Do they need to install your software? Do you use documentation tools they need?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Think about things people can do without a lot of domain knowledge, and without additional tools. Reviewing language can be a great bite-sized task.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Similarly, think about ways people can contribute besides writing. The Write the Docs community has more than writers. There are designers, developers, and lots of other people that care about documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
