&lt;p&gt;We’re just a few days away from the start of the conference, and we’re getting excited to see you soon at our online venue for three days of content, collaboration, and conversation. We’re happy to share with you some useful resources to help you prepare for the conference.&lt;/p&gt;

This helps the organizer team manage the platform registrations in time for the start of the conference, and helps keep the cozy community feeling of the event.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you were hoping to come to this years event, we recommend that you &lt;a class=&quot;reference external&quot; href=&quot;https://www.writethedocs.org/conf/prague/2021/tickets/&quot;&gt;get your tickets before Thursday&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you already purchased a ticket you should have received an email from us with your Hopin registration link.&lt;/strong&gt; After we close ticket sales, we will send another email to everyone with a reminder and a link to access the Hopin event.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Hopin access links were sent today to all Ti.to ticket holders, so check your inbox for a message. If you don’t get an email from us by the end of the week, please check your spam/junk folder first, and then email us and we’ll help you out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After you register in Hopin and set up your profile, you will be ready to get started on Sunday morning with the Writing Day!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We’re just over a month away from the online Portland conference, and we’re working hard to make sure it’ll be as welcoming and as fun as the in-person event you’re probably familiar with.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today we’re announcing the full presentation schedule and the platform we’ll be hosting the conference on.
We are working on last-minute details for a few more activities during the conference, so look out for more information in our next mailing.&lt;/p&gt;

We’re excited to continue the new tradition of live Q&amp;amp;A after most talks, which will come from your questions but be moderated by our MC.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One of the big changes in the schedule based on the community feedback is scheduling more breaks during the day. We are all trying to balance our screen time, so we wanted to make sure that your eyes get their rest! We hope that this adjustment will help you stay alert and happy throughout the conferences.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another change that we made is to move the social event to an earlier time. We want you to have fun socializing with your fellow documentarians, but we understand that your family and home time is also important these days, so hopefully this will help us stay engaged and enjoy the social activities even more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;All talk videos will be published on our YouTube channel no later than 1 week after the conference.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
